This is the final concert in the 2014 Visegrad Portraits Series, where the ensemble introduces artists belonging to different generations.

The rich and extraordinarily dynamic oeuvre of József Sári (1935) constantly calls for performers living up to it. These three rarely performed masterpieces of the composer present even the best soloists with a true challenge. Marian Lejava (1976) and the ensemble have been in constant cooperation from the very start. This tradition is further enhanced as two of the three pieces to be performed receive their premiere and one of them its Hungarian premier tonight.

The Yo-Yo O.S. group of artists from Prague has been a regular guest at our concert series. The live performance of their sound installation constitutes a part of the concert.
